Abstract: This final degree project is done to be submitted at the "Universitdad Oberta de Cataluña". It is the final project for the Degree in "Marketing and Market Research". The aim of this fictional case study is conducting the Strategic Marketing Plan for the Digital Transformation of the Company XXXX, S.A. For confidentiality reasons, all the data provided come from publicly available information. Despite this, there has been an attempt to draw a picture as accurate as possible. The objective pursued is to increase the market share, in addition to the reputation of the brand at national and European level; and to facilitate its adaptation to the digital environment.
