Title: Livtoo: Diseño de marca y desarrollo web para una empresa de coliving
compartir piso

Abstract: Presently, our younger population in Spain has real difficulties in obtaining independence and leaving the family home. Rising house prices and scarce employment opportunities for younger workers have only exacerbated their transition to adulthood. That is why many choose to rent a room in a shared apartment as a first step until they can settle in another place by themselves. The main purpose of this work is the development of a new business idea centered on the coliving sector, with the purpose of renting independent apartments inside of community buildings, shared with people who exclusively study or work in the digital industry. With this project, I have tried to offer everyone looking for the benefits of shared apartments the opportunity to live with like-minded individuals, creating a community-based learning and entrepreneurial environment. In the course of this project, I will develop the branding manual, publish a functional webpage from which people could access coliving services and will design a few post templates that enable the company to make valuable content on Instagram social media.
