Abstract: Development of a high-fidelity prototype of a CAP (primary care center) with the aim of guaranteeing that, based on the guidelines of the WCAG 2.1 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and the recommendations of the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) it is accessible for people with visual disabilities. The prototype must be very easy to use, intuitive, allow navigation following a coherent order, and through screen readers notify the elements through which we navigate, information messages, errors and confirmation of data to guarantee that users carry out the proposed tasks. satisfactorily: access with the personal credentials in the CAP, make an appointment reservation, make a consultation with a specialist and consult the medical reports. The prototype has been developed following a DCU methodology where the user has been the center of all the work and where the system has been tested during the different phases of development to find out where it should continue to be improved. This has been possible thanks to the evaluation with the technique without users called cognitive walkthrough, which has made it possible to know which characteristics of the prototype needed to be improved to guarantee the needs of end users. The result has been satisfactory, it has been possible to create a simple prototype that meets the minimum requirements that people with visual disabilities need to be able to navigate through a CAP. The conclusion of the work is that it has been very enriching to delve into the necessary requirements that people with visual disabilities need to be able to use a service as basic as a primary care center.
