Abstract: This project aims to address the price problem that affects us all, but especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which make up the economic fabric of our country. Unity is strength. Based on this idea, we want to propose an application that facilitates the grouping of small orders - from restaurants, bars and small businesses - in large commercial orders, obtaining, at the end of the day, better purchasing conditions and above all, better prices. Measurement matters. To realize this application, it will be necessary to study which functionalities it will have to provide, which types of users (and the volume of these) will have to make use of it, and which features - data model, business logic and architecture - will have to be implemented and how. Starting with an initial waterfall design, we will organize the tasks and refine the partial results achieved by applying agile methodologies, with Kanban boards and two-week Scrum sprints. The end result of the whole process will be a web application, agile and intuitive, that adapts to changing workloads, serving the planned functionalities, without losing quality in the service provided.
