Abstract: In this Final Master's Project, the conceptualization and design of an application for Bioparc Valencia, an animal park located in Valencia, has been carried out. People who visit this park can see the animals in wild nature habitats organized into social groups and living with other species, as would happen in the middle of nature. The application can be a powerful communication and information management tool between the park and visitors. Users could receive the latest news from the Bioparc, such as the birth of new animals and other temporary offers, which may lead them to want to visit the park again. At the same time, the use of the application could return information to the park in a way that will help them to know more about the behavior of the users. In this project, the focus has been placed on the design of the interaction and the user experience. In this way, we will ensure that the final design of the application is the most suitable for the park and for the people who visit it. To do this, various research methods have been used, including users, who have helped us define the elements of the application. Once a prototype has been created in low and high fidelity, it has been evaluated to discover possible errors in the design. Finally, the final version of the application has been carried out.
