Abstract: This work presents a fictitious case of a four-year-old boy diagnosed at the age of two with autism spectrum disorder. This neurodevelopmental disorder is characterized mainly by a deficit in social interaction, as well as by repetitive interests and activities. This disorder begins at an early age and persists to a greater or lesser degree throughout life. In the case presented, the parents come for consultation due to the difficulties presented by their child and the frustration of not knowing what to do. The evaluation confirms deficits in language, fine and gross motor skills, executive functions, theory of mind, processing speed, working memory, emotional and behavioral aspects and independence. Based on the results, the neuropsychological intervention program will consist of two sessions per week for six months, a total of forty-eight sessions. The general objective of this intervention will be to improve language development, motor skills, cognitive aspects and cognitive and behavioral flexibility through an intervention plan based on specific stimulation activities and the creation of a learning routine. The intervention will include individual sessions, meetings with the school and coordination between the family and the school, always favoring performance and generalization. With this, it is expected that the child obtains better family, school and social integration and an improvement in his quality of life.
