Title: Proposta metodològica per a la realització d’Avaluacions d’Impacte Educador en la ciutat educadora

Abstract: This master's thesis addresses the hitherto unmet need for the evaluation of municipal public policies prior to the implementation or development of the actions (ex-ante) and with a very specific and at the same time very broad perspective: that of educating cities. For this reason, a methodological proposal is developed for the ex-ante evaluation of the educational impact of the actions of city councils and a methodological guide is created in order to implement it. This guide explains how it works, the concepts on which the evaluation is based (and which come from the principles of the Charter of Educating Cities) and also contains the necessary instruments to carry it out.
