Abstract: The archaeological interventions in various archaeological sites (necropolis and settlements) of the Marina Baixa region, in the province of Alicante, have provided us with an important collection of both Phoenician objects and pieces brought by them from all over the Mediterranean (particularly from Egypt). The present work tries to make a corpus of those orientalizing elements (of oriental character imported or made by natives), related to the field of the religion and the beliefs located in this region, confronting them with an own framework of analysis directed to objectify an evaluation on the same ones. The chronology established for these archaeological pieces is quite broad, being located between the end of the VII century B.C. and the IV century B.C., a chronological framework that includes the Iron I and Ancient Iberian periods and extending in some cases to the Full Iberian period.
