Title: Acompañamiento en infancias y adolescencias trans* en la garantía de sus derechos. Mirada des de la intervención social

Abstract: This paper proposes a look based on the guarantee of human rights, such as the right to sexual orientation and identity of trans children and adolescents and how it can be carried out by the professional teams of social intervention. It focuses on an approach based on the needs of children and adolescents at the center, leaving aside the adult-centric vision, and opting for a new paradigm based on depathologisation and with an emphasis on the demands and experiences of trans people. Infancy and adolescence are essential vital stages in the shaping of people who in the future can be part of a more egalitarian and fair society, where rights such as sexual identity are considered and respected.
