Abstract: The master’s thesis is a digital marketing plan focused on a second-hand clothing marketplace, 2HAND. It is important to mention that with this project, the aim is to give visibility to the importance of caring for the environment. In addition, it is focused on sustainable fashion through a way that is not based on production but it is based on the used clothes reuse. In order to carry this plan out, different information is analyzed with the objective of obtaining more data and documentation. For that, an internal and external analysis of the company has been done. It should be noted that the analyzed company is nor real, it is fictitious, and for this reason external information is used to carry out this thesis. Firstly, digital marketing plan is based on the objectives that have been set previously. To define this plan, digital actions are defined. Secondly, a budget is established to decide if the project is viable. Also, a profitability analysis is done by key performance indicators. Finally, conclusions are drawn to determine if the project can be realized at the moment or if more work is needed.
