Author: Puerto Navarro, Enrique

Abstract: This work will be based on the implementation of an integrated information system in a fictitious pyrotechnic services company, inspired by other large companies in the sector, such as the Caballer or Brunchú families of Valencian origin. The Hermanos Navarro SL company, with a family tradition, with its headquarters in Rocafort (Valencia), has suffered a significant shock due to the pandemic, like other companies in the sector. The third generation of the family, the grandchildren and current owners, of its founder Jose Navarro, intend to give an important turn to the company, modernizing it and preparing it to face new technologies and tough market competition in the best possible way. Our role will be to technologically advise the family on the following points: 1.- Study the internal processes of the company, its deficiencies and possible improvements. 2.- Market study of the current ERP, with its advantages and disadvantages, for this specific case, as well as the necessary requirements for its implementation. 3.- Choice and implementation of the best integrated information system (ERP), improving production, quality, interdepartmental communication and process efficiency. 4.- Evaluation after the ERP implementation, designing the support model for its maintenance and updates.
