BPM com a eina de Gestió del Coneixement

Abstract

Process-based management is very present in organizations thanks to the promotion of reference frameworks or regulations such as ISO9001-Management systems. Structuring the management system according to processes involves the challenge of defining, documenting, maintaining, controlling and improving each of the processes. As well as managing the change in the way of working, communication and training of workers. To help organizations we propose the creation of a process management system that allows us to create, store and organize key information about processes and procedures, including the process map and flow diagram of each one of them. And we use the BPMN standard to graph flow diagrams with a view to taking a step forward in the definition of processes thanks to this standard and the derived functionalities that exist in the market. We have carried out a complete project until we get a functional prototype that meets most of the proposed objectives and that is a very valuable tool for viewing the path between processes and procedures and how we can manage the organization's knowledge in a simple and structured way to improve process-based management.

La gestió basada en processos es troba molt present a les organitzacions gràcies a l’impuls de marcs de referència o normatives com la ISO9001-Sistemes de gestió. Estructurar el sistema de gestió segons processos suposa el repte de definir, documentar, mantenir, controlar i millorar cada un dels processos. Així com el de gestionar el canvi en la manera de treballar, la comunicació i la formació dels treballadors. Per ajudar les organitzacions proposem la creació d’un sistema de gestió de processos que ens permeti crear, emmagatzemar i organitzar la informació clau els processos i procediments, incloent-hi el mapa de processos i el diagrama de flux de cada un d’ells. I ens ajudem de l’estàndard BPMN per graficar els diagrames de flux amb vista a fer un pas endavant en la definició dels processos gràcies a aquest estàndard i les funcionalitats derivades que existeixen en el mercat. Hem dut a terme un projecte complet fins a l’obtenció d’un prototip funcional que compleix amb la gran majoria dels objectius proposats i que suposa una eina molt valuosa per visualitzar el recorregut entre els processos i procediments i com podem gestionar el coneixement de l’organització de forma senzilla i estructurada per tal de millorar la gestió basada en processos.
