Abstract: This brand project aims to address the limitations of communication, uncertainties, and language barriers that guests of Sircle Collection hotels in Amsterdam experience. The creation of a sub-brand for a mobile application is the central focus of this initiative. In addition, other actions are planned, such as promoting interaction at the reception, using support messages in the rooms, offering promotional products, and conducting marketing campaigns to enhance communication. The project is divided into three phases: research and analysis, development of the new brand, and visual identity. The mobile application proves to be a cohesive and robust sub-brand designed to provide a unique and personalized online experience for hotel guests. With pioneering telematic service, the objective is to establish itself as a benchmark brand in the hotel market, and build lasting relationships based on satisfaction and service excellence.
