|El malestar del equipo educativo en el ámbito residencial y su repercusión en las infancias y adolescencias

|This research paper is based on the possible scenarios of complexity in which the team of social educators in a Residential Educational Action Center (CRAE) finds itself, their possible uncertainties regarding childhood and adolescence, their possible difficulties to identify themselves as social educators and their possible discomfort in the face of impotence when reaching their goals. A whole set of scenarios that make up the general objective of this work, to understand the conception of socio-educational work and its influence on the professional practice of social educators. To provide argumentation, this objective has developed a set of principles and ideas that have been necessary to develop the questions and address the problem to the interviewees. With the results of the interviews and the contrast with their theoretical framework, the discussion has been elaborated, which shows that there is a source of discomfort in the team of social educators. Finally, in the analysis of the conclusion, there is an understanding of this discomfort, its causes and motivations and the measures that could improve the team work of social educators in the CRAE.
