|Estudio comparativo de la formación del profesorado en educación emocional: Educación pública versus Educación Privada (Aragón)

|This paper presents a research study focused on teacher training in emotional education at the Primary Education stage, depending on whether they work in a public or private school. This research problem is based on the theoretical framework, which reports on the scarce initial and continuous training of teachers in emotional education, which means that they do not have the necessary resources or tools to be able to carry it out in the classroom with their pupils. In order to address this research problem, we present a mixed study of an exploratory nature using a questionnaire created Had-hoc based on the teacher questionnaire of Sabatés (2022). The results of the research, carried out with 20 primary school teachers from a public and a private school, show, firstly, the lack of training of teachers in emotional education in both public and private schools. Secondly, it was found that the training of teachers corresponds significantly to the institution in which the teachers surveyed teach. From the study we deduce: 1) the need to improve the training of teachers, both in public and private institutions, in emotional education and 2) the need to take into consideration a positive correlation between the training of teachers depending on whether they teach in a public or private school.
