Perspectiva de la diversitat sexual i de gènere. Una anàlisi de les percepcions del professorat i l’alumnat sobre educar des d’una perspectiva de diversitat sexual i de gènere

Abstract

Per trencar amb el sistema educatiu heterosexista predominant a Espanya en les últimes dècades, la normativa educativa ha evolucionat cap a la coeducació i, en concret, visibilització i inclusió de la diversitat sexual i de gènere als centres educatius. Aquest estudi pretén explorar com es treballa la diversitat sexual i de gènere en un centre educatiu de Centelles per, posteriorment, poder dissenyar un pla d’acció. A través d’una metodologia d’estudi de cas i utilitzant una entrevista dirigida al director, un qüestionari dirigit al professorat i un altre dirigit a l’alumnat, s’ha recollit informació sobre aquest tema. Les dades obtingudes mostren que, tot i que el centre ha començat a introduir accions encaminades a visibilitzar i tractar la diversitat sexual i gènere, encara hi ha aspectes que no es tenen en compte, com la transversalitat d’aquesta temàtica, la poca formació rebuda i les necessitats de l’alumnat.

To break with the predominant Spanish heterosexual educational system that has been present in the last decades, educational regulations have evolved towards co-education and, specifically, invisibility and inclusion of sexual and gender diversity in educational institutions. The aim of the study is to explore how aspecific school in Centelles (Catalonia) work with sexual and gender diversity, in order to subsequently design an action plan. This case study involves an interview with the principal of th eschool, a questionnaire directed to the teaching staff and another one directed to the students. Information of the topich as been collected with all the answers. The data obtained shows that, although the school has begun to introduce actions to promote visibility and to deal with sexual and gender diversity, the rearestill aspects that are not taken into account, such as the transversal nature of this subject, the lack of training received and the needs of the students.
