Title: Plan de comunicación para Albet i Noya

Abstract: This master's thesis focuses on studying the corporate communication plan and designing a strategic proposal for a leading organic wine company in the Catalan region of Penedès, Albet i Noya. The starting point has been a literature review on corporate communication and its management in companies to understand the importance of a solid communication strategy and guide the proposal. For the development of the communication plan, the winery's environment was initially analyzed, thus identifying strategic audiences, and establishing objectives, strategies, and key messages. Subsequently, an action plan was designed, and finally, the evaluation methodology to monitor and evaluate the project was conceived. In general terms, the work has achieved the objectives posed. It should be noted that the effective evaluation of the actions will be carried out during the implementation and subsequent follow-up of the plan. Even so, the selected strategies have been designed to meet the winery's communication needs. It is expected that the proposed communication plan will contribute to the consolidation of Albet i Noya’s presence and will serve as a guide for other companies in the sector that aim to improve their communication strategy.
