Abstract: Due to the personal experience of the development team regarding the lack of entry-level military management videogames, they propose the planning, market research and development of a management videogame in several platforms (Windows and Android) revolving the creation and maintenance of a mercenary group in the videogame engine Godot, using Agile methodology to optimize the process with the small number of resources available. First, several planning and organization systems are developed. Following the established systems, the initial stage of the development process begins, from an extensive market research to the delivery of a first fully playable build, adapting the defined plans with the aforementioned Agile methodology. The final result are two basic but fully playable builds of the game on the stated preferred platforms, with the ability to complete a game. Although the development team wished to develop the game further, as well as establish an Internet presence, the Agile methodology and its abilities to restructure an ongoing project with both time and resource constraints have aided the prioritization of tasks to finish the project within the specified timeframe with a satisfactory and playable product.
