Title: Transformando el aprendizaje: Unidad Didáctica gamificada para un aula de cinco años de segundo ciclo de Educación Infantil

Abstract: Gamification is a growing educational methodology that uses elements of games to motivate and engage students in the learning process. Faced with growing concern about a lack of motivation in the classroom, teachers are increasingly turning to this effective pedagogical strategy. The primary purpose of this project is the development of a gamified Didactic Unit aimed at five-year-old students in the second cycle of Early Childhood Education. The educational environment is exhaustively analyzed with the aim of identifying its specific needs and the need to gamify using technological resources is confirmed. The educational proposal focuses on topics of nature and environmental pollution, presented in a fun and motivating way to increase the curiosity and commitment of students, using technological resources as a way to achieve these objectives. The Didactic Unit will be implemented in a rural educational center in the province of León, with adequate facilities and a committed teaching team. In summary, this work contributes to general knowledge about gamification in the educational field, offering a practical proposal adapted to the specific needs of an Early Childhood Education classroom. In addition, it integrates Information and Communication Technologies as a key tool to teach in a dynamic and attractive way, promoting the learning of these tools among students through resources adapted to their age.
