Title: Plan de Marketing Digital para la Clínica de Fisioterapia Active Control

Abstract: In today's society, characterized on one hand by sedentary lifestyles and an increase in musculoskeletal diseases and on the other by a rise in sports practice following the pandemic, the demand for physiotherapy services has grown significantly, leading to overwhelmed public health waiting lists and presenting a great opportunity for private clinics. In this context, Active Control, a physiotherapy clinic in Alicante, aims to address this need with a comprehensive approach to health and wellness, emphasizing personalized treatments and a wide range of services, including physiotherapy, guided physical activity classes, nutrition, and physio-aesthetics. To stand out in a highly competitive market, Active Control needs a strong digital presence. Therefore, this digital marketing plan sets forth the following objectives: strengthen the clinic's online visibility, improve brand recognition, and attract new clients. The plan presented below includes a comprehensive analysis of the market and competition, defining specific objectives and effective tactics. To ensure the success of this plan, key performance indicators (KPIs) have been established for each objective, allowing for continuous monitoring, measurement of reach, and necessary adjustments to maximize the effectiveness of the digital marketing plan. It is important to highlight that the implementation of this digital strategy for Active Control results in a very positive return on investment of 254,10%, underscoring the profitability of this project. This plan not only ensures its economic viability but also drives the clinic's sustainable growth, allowing it to expand the reach of its services to a greater number of patients and significantly improving their health and well-being. Additionally, the social impacts of this project are both notable and essential in the current landscape of health and well-being. The services offered by Active Control not only improve individuals' mobility but also actively promote healthy lifestyle habits. Therefore, this comprehensive approach will not only benefit the individuals served but also contribute positively to public health.
