Title: Estratègia de disseny per impulsar el creixement del Social Fest BCN

Abstract: This Final Degree Project deals with the deployment of a design strategy to promote the Social Fest BCN festival. This festival encourages dialogue and action towards a more just and sustainable future, combining art and design with social and environmental issues. It creates synergies and collective solutions by collaborating with different professionals, companies and organisations, encouraging values such as diversity, inclusion and respect. This project focuses on the possibilities of design as an essential tool for communication between people, with special emphasis on the role of the designer as strategist and his or her role as an agent of social transformation. The methodology used focuses on the user and interdisciplinary collaborative creation to address complex problems. Throughout its formalisation and implementation, eco-design is highlighted as a fundamental principle, ensuring that every aspect of the process reflects a commitment to environmental preservation. The initial phase focuses on research and analysis of the current situation: a SWOT analysis, user surveys and benchmarking of similar festivals. These actions allow us to identify the needs, preferences and behaviors of the target audience, as well as areas for improvement in the communication and structure of the festival. The objectives are defined as follows: to improve the visual and narrative coherence of the festival, to create a digital platform that connects communities, to provide graphic guidelines and to organise and document the possible material generated. To bring dynamism and coherence to the visual identity of the festival, an adaptation of the existing logo is created, a suitable typography is chosen for its legibility and versatility, and a chromatic range is defined to identify the different themes within the festival. As the main tool, a digital platform is proposed, one which is designed to improve the user experience and encourage interaction. It includes functionalities such as a discussion forum, a project repository and the integration of external services such as podcasts and videos. The design of its structure is based on a clear and accessible sitemap, optimised for different devices. This strategy not only improves visibility and participation, but also facilitates fundraising and collaboration with new entities and communities.
