Canals de comunicació i eines TIC en els processos de feedback en entorns universitaris

Abstract

Aquest TFM es basa en l’estudi sobre la utilització de diferents canals comunicatius i eines TIC en el procés de feedback, en entorns d’educació universitària. Tot i això, no pretén centrar-se únicament en la descripció de casuístiques concretes o de la utilització de certs canals o recursos TIC, sinó també en la comprensió de les aportacions dels processos de feedback en el fet educatiu, en la relació que s’estableix entre el docent i el discent, i en la construcció d’un andamiatge o scaffolding (Bruner, 1976) necessari perquè l’estudiant pugui evolucionar d’una forma progressivament autònoma. Així doncs, es pretén identificar les fortaleses i febleses de la utilització de diferents canals comunicatius i eines TIC en els processos de feedback, des del punt de vista de l’alumne. A més, es vol detectar quina relació existeix en el procés d’aprenentatge i creixement de l’alumne, què aporten a l’ecosistema educatiu, i quins són els seus avantatges i inconvenients respecte als canals tradicionals.

This master’s Dissertation is based on the study of the use of its various communication channels and ICT tools in the feedback process, in university education environments. However, it doesn’t intend to focus only on the description of specific cases or the use of certain channels or ICT resources, but also on the understanding of the contributions of the feedback processes in the educational fact, in the relationship established between teacher and student, and in the construction of a scaffolding (Bruner, 1976) necessary for the student to evolve in a progressively autonomous way. Thus, the aim is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the use of different communication channels and ICT tools in the feedback processes, from the student’s point of view. Furthermore, we want to detect what relationship exists in the process of learning and growth of the student, what they contribute to the educational ecosystem, and what are their advantages and disadvantages compared to traditional channels.
