Abstract: | This article addresses the role to be performed by the Practicum in the training of social workers. For this purpose we have done a brief tour around the different criteria that have supported the professional development of social education and academic training. It offers thus an epistemological revision has its initial motivation in the need identified in several research projects in which we have participated in over the selection of studies in the early stages of post-compulsory education and compulsory secondary. The analysis of the different actors involved in the process of professionalization of social education and the importance of certain skills, lead us to propose a Practicum able to provide a framework for reflection on professional practices in a learning coordinated context, interdisciplinary and professionalism. |
