Abstract: The research work has been developed starting from the base that the computational thinking "is a fundamental skill for everyone" (Wing, 2006) in a world every time more technological. The investigation is centered in the search for information and the documental analysis, of different academic references, about the inclusion of the computational thinking in the curriculum of the compulsory secondary education of the different autonomous communities of Spain. The paper shows and analyzes the orientation that the study plans give to the computational thinking in this level of education: in those cases, where this competence has been introduced. This investigation includes, also, a comparative study about the degree of involvement that has, nationally and communities to promote competition computational thinking in the classroom.
