Abstract: EDU - HelpDesk is an application to manage the ICT incidents of an educational center. It intends to communicate to the TIC coordinator the possible breakdowns or computer errors that a teacher or the administration and services personnel can find, so that it can solve them in an agile and effective way. In addition, the application allows you to consult a history of all incidents or breakdowns that have occurred in the center.
