Abstract: The concept of "compliance" is part of the need for health centers to be structured and directed to comply with the rules that affect both their internal management (administrative, labor, commercial, contractual) and the ones that affect the patients, and their relationship with the health center and medical staff. Insofar the repercussions of non-compliance with applicable regulations (criminal, commercial, administrative and ISO family standards) affect hospital costs, the image of the hospital, and even the the responsibility of the direction of the hospital. Therefore, "compliance" is the framework to be used to control that the rules are being observed in the hospital.
