Others: García-Solórzano, David
Abstract: This project is based on the practical case of a studio and acoustic conditioning of a multiuse venue and a restaurant business, from the point of view of an acoustic engineer satisfying client's necessities. Starting with the state of the art and a theoretical introduction, the reader will be introduced to the Acoustics world, with the aim of understanding the necessary main concepts about the practical case of the project, both the researched phenomenon and the calculus done. The practical case will be developed from the description of the researched facilities features and their current situation. Using the interrupted noise method, reverberation time measurements from both facilities will be conducted, placing a noise source emitting pink noise and a sound level meter in different positions. Once the data is acquired, an explanation on how to interpret and connect them with the client's objectives will be provided.
