Abstract: This final's Master work is about the study of the dispute between China and Japan on the Diaoyu Islands / Senkaku allows to provide new background for the study of the background of both countries. In the decade of the 70s during the period of normalization of diplomatic relations between China and Japan, the leaders of both countries made joint efforts and reached a consensus to "park the conflict of the Diaoyu / Senkaku Islands and resolve it later " Throughout this period the conflict has been cyclical, the last one took place in early 2012, the Japanese government announced the "purchase" of these Islands and their subsequent nationalization, however Japan denies the dispute over the dispute of the Diaoyu / Senkaku Islands . For China, this action by Japan seriously violates its territorial sovereignty and feels trampled by historical facts and international jurisprudence.
