Title: Implicaciones de los discursos del "management" para la orientación laboral. Análisis crítico del discurso del Gobierno Vasco en materia de empleo e inclusión
Author: Arin Tapia, Jaione

Abstract: For twenty years the employment policy of the European Union has been characterized by the psychologization of the problem of unemployment, thus hiding the social and political nature of the phenomenon. This ideological shift has been greatly influenced by the new discourses of management, which are linked to the three central paradigms of the European discourse on employment: activation, employability and flexicurity. The present Master's Thesis consists of a review of the research carried out with a critical approach on the influence of "management" on European discourse in order to identify key categories that are more present. Secondly, a critical analysis of the discourse (ACD) of the Basque Government has been carried out in order to confirm this hypothesis and to detect the distortions that the implementation of these paradigms causes in the guidance intervention in the framework of public services of the Basque Country job.
