Abstract: The European Higher Education Area is an important paradigm shift, as is the adoption of a learning process based on the acquisition and development of skills through activities, relegating to the background content. The concept of activity includes and combines many different elements that involve all kinds of teaching resources, covering a wider range of what is meant strictly contained in the traditional sense. It is therefore necessary to consider the management of teaching resources aimed at facilitating the creation of learning paths that allow students to achieve the desired competencies, as well as complement their training. Instead of providing content directly to students, the goal is a learning process through user-centered education that enables them to be independent of the location, use and even the content generation needed in each activity.
