Title: Las características del mensaje en la respuesta proactiva a la crisis: una aproximación teórica

Abstract: The technological change brought about by the arrival of the internet and social networks has modified and restructured the positioning of organizations in current markets. Information flows are now much more complex than two decades ago, and organizations are permanently exposed in social networks and on the internet. These changes have forced organizations to restructure to respond to the new challenges that arise. One of the most important is the management of the crisis (corporate or institutional) and communication management when it occurs. The crises follow each other and modify their paradigm in the network society. The management of these and the management of crisis communication are reaching an increasingly tangible and increasingly important value. The response to crises is where the credibility, mission and values of an organization are put to the test. This paper aims to analyze response strategies to an organizational crisis through the critical analysis of those theoretical corpus that have dealt with the construction and characteristics of the message after the adoption of a proactive response to a certain crisis by organizations.
