Abstract: The present work proposes a methodological proposal focused in the field of primary education, middle and high school that responds to two of the challenges facing education in Catalonia today: the educational success of students and the inclusiveness of the system. Keeping in mind the educational trends and the future objectives proposed by European and international institutions, the personalization of learning could be a way to achieve these two challenges. The proposal, which aims to be a tool for solving the learning difficulties of students, is based on six methodological approaches successfully implemented in different contexts around the world and based on personalized learning, cooperation and innovation, such as learning communities, blended learning, flipped classroom, personal learning environments, peer tutoring and learning by teaching.
