Abstract: The birth of a child is a very important moment. Pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum involve a series of emotional, physical and psychological changes, both in women and in the couple. These changes can be accompanied by many feelings, doubts and insecurities. In order to guarantee healthy, healthy birth and upbringing, it is important to provide the mother, couple and relatives with knowledge, skills and strategies to face what happens to them. From Primary Care, maternal education sessions are held in order to respond to this population and promote health between mothers and babies. The baby's feeding is a very important issue in these programs and that deserves special attention, since it will depend on our child to have good physical, psychological and motor growth and development. Good nutrition is the first line of defence against numerous childhood illnesses that can leave a mark on the life of babies. Breastfeeding is an option that naturally provides a food perfectly adapted to the needs of newborns, and it influences positively in the health of the mother and her child. If you can choose, breastfeeding is the best gift we can do to our child. With this intervention design, that we will explain below, we want to give prominence to Breastfeeding and Mother's Feeding during breastfeeding.
