Title: Diseño de un propuesta de formación que integre las TIC como herramientas que aporten significado al aprendizaje en la asignatura de ciencias natuales en la EPJA

Abstract: In this project we come to appreciate a process with which a professor developed knowledge about her practice and ICT's from the information provided. In this way the professor was able to increase in a collaborative way her professional skills by using selected Internet tools according to the needs of the area of Social Science and the Curriculum. As an important result the team achieved insight about a new relation between the members of the team themselves and the topics. That situation increased the meaningfulness of the tasks. On the other hand, the need for proactive planning stands out as an important part of the institutional policy concerning so called new technologies as a result of the task of a team in a collaborative environment. The need for strong leadership at the school management is vital in order to optimize and situate human, organizational and technological resources in the institutional vision, promoting in this way pedagogical agreements.
