Abstract: | The main purpose of this work is to determine through the analysis of the indicators from the Electronic Administration Observatory (OBSAe) for the different services of the Digital Administration`s catalogue, which is provided by the General State Administration (AGE). Besides, measure the level of the current indicators and propose a horizontal system of new indicators. It will be focused on two fields to be developed. The first of them is to study the indicators of these common services and assess the methodology used to measure those indicators, and if they are indicative for the review of the level of maturity of the services. The second part of the work consists to determine which of the factors are affected to the demand of these services by the Regional Councils and to be integrated. A new improved system of measurement will be proposed with different indicators. It can determine the maturity level reached by these technological solutions. Defining a standardized common framework of KPIs for the measurement of Electronic Administration services. Reflected in a dimensional structure of indicators for the Digital Administration services. |
