Abstract: The objective of this study is to find out whether all the social changes brought about by globalization have had an influence on eating habits in the region of La Garrotxa, in such a way that a shift has occurred in the ingredients and dishes that were traditionally eaten. Therefore, the study is addressed to a broad, heterogeneous and not necessarily specialized public.
