Author: Sans Conejero, Alba
Tutor: Carbonell Dolz, Oscar
Abstract: Digital marketing has become a discipline that any company can adapt to their business in one way or another taking into account the resources that can be allocated to it. However, the case of the Cristalleria la Prosperitat is a clear example of the need to expand its field of knowledge within this new digital paradigm. In order to carry out the digital marketing plan at Cristalleria la Prosperitat, some bases were drawn up that have made it possible to respond to the objectives. Previously, an analysis was made of the environment to understand the shortcomings of the company. However, there were business opportunities that could boost the company. After analyzing all these parameters, we set specific goals such as branding and SEO / SEM, specifically increasing followers on Instagram, creating new communication and distribution channels to increase interaction with customers and finally, achieve new site visits. Once the objectives were mentioned, we started to propose a strategy to respond to the objectives, from there, we analyzed the target audience, making the relevant segmentations to understand how to impact the target audience. It should be noted that the profiles they buy at Cristalleria la Prosperitat are very varied, assuming that the business model is both B2B and B2C, this fact increases the range of possibilities to impact users.
