Title: Els docents de primària i secundària i la gamificació. Un estudi sobre els docents de primària i secundària que utilitzen la gamificació a les seves aules

Abstract: Gamification is a way of innovating in education that has increased its use in recent years. The aim of this study is to better understand the profile and motivations of primary and secondary school teachers who choose to use gamification in their classrooms. That is why, the voluntary participation of teachers of these educational levels who are members of groups of the social network Facebook dedicated to gamification and help among teachers was requested, so that they could fill in an online questionnaire. A total of 46 teaching professionals took part, mostly women between the ages of 30 and 50 and withgood use of ICT tools. The results show that, in addition to digital competence, teachers feel highly motivated to gamify directly using ICT and the planning and design of gamified activities. But it is also seen that the more years of teaching experience and the more years gamifying, what motivates teachers the most to continue gamifying are the results and the attitude towards gamification that their students show.
