Title: La gamificación: Harry Potter motivando el aula de valenciano
Author: Carpena Sánchez, Elena
Tutor: Calle Martín, Javier
Abstract: The educational system must be renewed and adapted to the needs demanded by today's society. Thus, thanks to all the research and advances that have been made over time, these allow us to improve the deficiencies found in the classroom. For this reason, throughout this work, the different aspects that an innovative methodology encompasses are investigated: "the gamification", focusing on the advantages of carrying it out within a language classroom. In this way, a didactic proposal is made, where both the tasks proposed and the use of the different technological tools in the Valencian subject: Language and Literature, are analyzed and evaluated in the 5th year of Primary A. Through the implementation of this application, it is intended to increase the motivation and involvement of both the students and the teachers involved, creating different teaching-learning situations through meaningful learning. In addition, special relevance is given to the use of technologies, since they are adapted to the interests of young people. Thus, this project seeks to work through innovative methodologies, leaving traditional teaching behind and bringing students closer to learning a subject through the elements of video games. These are resources widely used by students, so taking advantage of their potential will mean carrying out the work with greater attention and interest towards the content presented.
