Abstract: In this TFG, we have addressed the implementation and integration of a bot to complement the entry of incidents and requests within an IT department. We wanted to take advantage of the technology platforms that are currently on the market to make a selection of two and make a comparison. We have seen the characteristics, the functionalities they offer, how intuitive they are, to serve a use case specific to the scenario we are dealing with. In the end, we have opted for one, and we have implemented a minimum virtual agent on it. Apart from serving the functionality and principles of the console, we have managed to carry out more advanced actions such as integration with other platforms, some of which can be done almost automatically and others require the use of code. As a result, we obtained the skeleton of a virtual agent that is capable of integrating with a complete Google Sheets, where the incidents or requests made by the users are registered.
