Abstract: The following business plan verifies the viability of a micro-distillery in Ripollès, dedicated to the production of organic gin in an artisan way, focused on satisfying the gourmet market of artisan gins with a premium product, ecological and closely linked to the Catalan territory. A completely new project with a strong passion for what is being done. Focused on online marketing, but also through external distribution to gourmet shops, bars, restaurants and nightlife venues. As a differentiating factor, we are committed to organic, artisan and local products.
