Title: El teletrabajo en España: lectura, desarrollo e implicaciones
Author: Cano Escobar, Vanesa
Tutor: Gutiérrez Colominas, David
Abstract: The events derived from the current health crisis have boosted the implementation of telecommuting as a mechanism to face the pandemic, becoming a preferential labor modality, which has generated the need to establish an urgent, systematic and guarantor regulation. The entry into force of the expected Royal Decree Law 28/2020, of September 22, on telecommuting, breaks with the scarce previous regulation, presenting itself as the main legal framework configuring the rights and obligations of employers and workers who develop their activity in a non-face-to-face manner. Thus, the aim of this final project is to understand how this new regulation fits into the Spanish legal system, as well as to examine the implications, consequences and problems that arise at a legal, social and economic level.
