Abstract: The new forms of work organization have transformed the company and the workplace, changing the employment paradigm as it began to be built at the beginning of the 20th century in capitalist economies. The classic employment paradigm enters a process of transformation and blurring through a series of actions. On the one hand, through the precariousness of salaried work, with the appearance of atypical formulas in hiring such as temporary work or part-time work. Even the permanent worker himself es now unstable due to the introduction of facilities for companies to get rid of him. In this way, the objective of this work es to study how these changes have caused a growing precariousness or working conditions and what impact they have had on the well-being of workers. A journey is made on the precariousness in Spain and its characteristics, the types of contracts, the labour reform, and characteristics of labour welfare.
