Abstract: The evolution of the education model, specifically in relation to the attention placed upon students of special needs, has facilitated progress towards a more inclusive system. This investigation focused on the inclusion of special needs students with hearing impairments in compulsory education in Badalona through professional assessment. The investigation was carried out in a quantitative manner, transversal, of a desc method of execution. The sample was of 50 participants which were randomly selected. The obtained results demonstrate that the universal measures and support are most commonly used, there is a lack of resources, and the work of attendants is generally considered inadequate. Particularly notable is the interrelation between these three elements and the different perception of the three participating groups. Some of the results are consistent with other recent studies, while others are contradictory.
