Abstract: The Quality of Working Life is a subjective concept that emerged in the early 20th century and has gained relevance over the years due to its involvement in organizations. However, this research shows that many companies do not take into account the wellbeing and satisfaction of their employees in the development of their work, and therefore, employees do not receive Quality of Working Life. The main purpose of this paper is to conduct an analysis and investigation to examine whether workers perceive this feature in their workplace or not. As well as to make known to the organizations what practices they can carry out to improve and increase the Quality of Working Life of its employees from the creation of a measuring instrument developed through the review of the indicators that are part of the concept. The involvement of the Quality of Working Life in organizations is very important because it simultaneously causes benefits for both the employees and the company.
