Author: Bertran Camps, Ivan

Abstract: On March 9, 2021, the European Commission presented a vision and ways to carry out the digital transformation in Europe, from now until the year 2030. One of the four axes is "the digitization of public services", where it is predicted that by 2030, all public services must be available via the internet. In order to achieve this goal, public administrations will have to implement agile methodologies in their organizations, in order to adapt their services to the demands of citizens. One of the initial barriers that public administrations encounter, when considering the implementation of agile methodologies, is selecting which methodology, of all the existing ones, is the optimal one for their organization. As well as, determining which type of software is suitable to carry out the implementation, monitoring and subsequent maintenance. The aim of this master's thesis is to create a web configurator available via the internet, which allows users of public administrations to determine which is the most suitable agile methodology and software for their organization, taking into account its characteristics and specific needs.
