Author: González Pérez, Yobani
Tutor: Plana Jimenez, Ainhoa
Abstract: The objective of this work is to know the viability of an academy of private classes that will provide them under the face-to-face and the online modalities, and whose name will be Academia 3.0, which represents a commitment to differentiation and technological innovation, supported by the variety of educational offer and the experience and training of the founder. The procedure to be followed in order to make such a demonstration will begin with the development of the business model based on Alexander Osterwalder's Canvas Model. Once this has been carried out, the analysis of the variables of the general environment will be carried out through the PESTEL model, and then, continue with the analysis of the specific environment through Porter's Five Forces Model, giving way to the SWOT analysis. Next, the market segmentation strategy, the competitive company positioning strategy, and the marketing mix strategy, through the marketing four "p", will be defined in the marketing plan. Then, the process of providing the service will be explained in the operations and resources plan. Finally, the financial plan will be carried out, through which the economic and financial viability of the project will be analysed by defining the financial strategy, market scenarios, cash flow planning, growth financing policy and equity analysis.
