Abstract: This innovation project presents an approach in matter of interoperability and integration capabilities with other health information systems, using as a reference the integration of observations produced by a wearable device for monitoring of physical activity(fitness) which is able to obtain physiological parametres from various sensors (plethysmograph, accelerometer, podometer and thermometer) integrating them in a Electronic Health Record, emphasizing privacy and property of patient information. With this aim an architecture has been designed that offers a response to the aforementioned challenges.
