Abstract: | The main interest of this work lies in mediation as a tool for education from different points of views. On one hand, mediation is linked to students as a fundamental competence that they have to develop in order to manage conflict situations adequately during educational stage and also throughout their lives. On the other hand, mediation is used by the teachers as a tool to develop in the tutorial action, which can help to carry out an adequate resolution of the conflicts that can occur in school. In addition, mediation is also presented as a tool for prevention and intervention of the bullying problem. |
