Title: Impacto en la calidad de la dieta de escolares de Educación Primaria tras realizar un programa de educación nutricional en C.E.I.P.: relevancia del comedor escolar

Abstract: Obesity and overweight appear as a global public health problem, especially in children. Through various programs, international and national institutions are positioned to stop and reverse these indices. The recent social-economic-cultural changes entail a greater use of the school canteen, being a basic pillar in the nutrition of children. In the community setting, the school is ideal to adopt and maintain a healthy diet and lifestyle. Evaluate if after the implementation of the program, our school population improves the diet towards a healthy, balanced and varied diet.
